1. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations are confirmed only after we receive a deposit or full payment as specified during booking.
  • Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of currency changes or supplier cost variations.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client Cancellation:
    • More than 14 days before arrival: full refund minus any transaction fees.
    • 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
    • Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.
  • Agency Cancellation:
    If SurfWavesMorocco cancels for any reason (e.g., unsafe weather), you may choose a full refund or reschedule.

3. Participant Responsibility

  • All guests must be in reasonable health and able to participate in physical activities such as surfing, hiking, or quad riding.
  • Participants must follow the instructions of our guides and instructors at all times.
  • SurfWavesMorocco is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

4. Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that each participant obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance covering surfing and adventure sports.
  • SurfWavesMorocco is not responsible for medical expenses, lost property, or travel delays.

5. Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during activities or stays.

6. Liability

  • SurfWavesMorocco and its staff are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by natural events, weather conditions, or actions of third parties beyond our control.

7. Photography & Media

  • By participating in our activities, you grant SurfWavesMorocco the right to use photos or videos taken during your experience for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will only be used to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent Moroccan courts.
